PhD student in Artificial Intelligence and Computer Vision at AImageLab, University of Modena and Reggio Emilia.

I am a PhD student working on generative AI and computer vision. My research explores models that create and understand visual content, with current work on scalable vector graphics generation and evaluation, diffusion models, and image restoration.

I care about research that is both technically rigorous and easy to inspect: clear evaluations, reproducible systems, and visual results that people can reason about. My recent work spans SVG generation, super-resolution, language diffusion models, and the calibration of low-cost air-quality sensors.
